Born and raised in Brooklyn New York, I moved to Ocean County in 1985, where I raised two wonderful daughters. I was a military wife for 37 years and proudly participated in my husband’s squadron as a point of contact for other family members. I gained valuable experience and wisdom working alongside military authority figures, and I’m not shy when I have to use the skills I developed there. After working in the medical field for several years, I broke away, feeling it was time for a change. But I still felt a strong desire to help people, and I found my epiphany in real estate. I recognized this was one of the best ways for me to help people on a direct basis. I do help people realize their dreams, but my service doesn’t stop with that. My dedication to my clients is exemplified by the trusted friendships I’ve developed through my life that have lasted over 50 years and this carries over into my work. I’m here for those who need my unique brand of real estate and hope to include you in my family soon.
Here is what some of my clients have to say about me:
I am happy to say that my house is sold. But also sad at the same time. But I will be starting new memories with my husband in Florida. We will be leaving the end of September. I would like to thank my realtor Ellen for all the help and support that she has given us. She is the most wonderful realtor I’ve ever seen. I would recommend her to anybody that needs a realtor. I hope everyone has a great day.
In 2011, I was faced with filing for divorce after a 30 year relationship. No one works hard to build a good life and a family to ultimately have it shattered. Divorce is never easy. When having to deal with the splitting of assets and the selling my dream home, Ellen became my realtor. It was a very difficult time for me. I didn’t want to part with it, esp since it was a custom built home….i picked out every single thing and loved the way it pulled together. Ellen Paollilo came highly recommended. She made me feel so comfortable with the process and reiterated that it was just a “house“ by that time, and that I could make something else a “home”. It was exactly what I needed to hear. It made so much sense. Ellen and I worked so well together, but I received resistance from my then soon to be ex husband. Not cooperating with showings etc. While he was not the easiest client, Ellen’s professionalism made this process a bit less painful. She worked hard to get him to cooperate, which in itself was not an easy task.
I highly recommend Ellen if you are in need of a well qualified realtor. Thank you Ellen.
